Official Rules — NiFe WARS Scavenger Hunt

Version: 2026-10-08.v4

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

WAGMI Game Co., 8924 E. Pinnacle Peak Road, Scottsdale, Arizona 85255 ("Sponsor").

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with ReedPop, New York Comic Con, the Javits Center, or any participating retailer. Any questions, comments or complaints must be directed to Sponsor and not to those parties.

2. Eligibility

Open to anyone eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry who is physically present at New York Comic Con during the Promotion Period, regardless of country of residence.

Employees, officers, directors and agents of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. It is each entrant's responsibility to ensure participation is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. Sponsor is not required to award a prize to any entrant whose participation or receipt of a prize would violate the law applicable to that entrant.

3. Promotion Period

Begins Thursday, 8 October 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends Sunday, 11 October 2026 at 4:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time (the "Promotion Period").

Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this promotion. Entries earned after the final cutoff will be recorded but will not be eligible for any drawing.

4. How to Enter

Registration requires a valid mobile phone number and agreement to receive recurring automated marketing and account text and RCS messages from Sponsor at that number. See §9.

There are three (3) ways to earn entries. All methods have an equal chance of winning per entry.

METHOD 1 — BOOTH POSTER TAP (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY). Visit any participating booth displaying a NiFe WARS Hunt poster at New York Comic Con during the Promotion Period and tap the NFC chip on that poster with your mobile device. Follow the on-screen instructions to create or sign in to a free NiFe WARS Collect account and complete registration. You will receive one (1) entry per poster. Each poster may be tapped once per person. A current list of participating locations is printed on each poster and available at Sponsor's booth, Booth 1043.

Creating a NiFe WARS Collect account is free and does not require a purchase.

METHOD 2 — OWNERSHIP OF AN ELIGIBLE NiFe WARS COLLECTIBLE. Each eligible NiFe WARS comic or trading card that is claimed to your NiFe WARS Collect account during the Promotion Period earns one (1) entry per collectible. Entries are credited automatically when you complete registration, and ongoing entries are credited automatically as each additional eligible collectible is claimed to your account. No tap, purchase, or geographic presence is required for Method 2 beyond holding an eligible collectible already in your account at the time you register.

Eligible titles are the NiFe WARS NYCC retailer variant covers; NiFe WARS Comic #1, #2 and #3 blind bag releases; NYCC Retail Exclusive Variants; NiFe WARS Series Zero trading cards; and NiFe WARS Metal cards. Each individual collectible earns one (1) entry for the duration of the Promotion Period, regardless of how many times it is tapped or how many people have owned it during the Promotion Period.

METHOD 3 — SIGNATURE OBTAINED DURING THE SHOW. Each signature obtained on an eligible NiFe WARS collectible during the Promotion Period, by any artist present at New York Comic Con, earns one (1) additional entry per signature. A single collectible signed by multiple artists during the Promotion Period earns one entry for each distinct signature. Signatures recorded before the start of the Promotion Period are not eligible for entries. There is no limit on the number of signature entries a participant may earn.

General entry conditions. All entries must be earned through a registered account. Entries are non-transferable. Automated, scripted, robotic or other non-manual entry methods are prohibited and will void all entries by that person. Sponsor reserves the right to void entries it reasonably believes were obtained through fraud, tampering, or violation of these Rules.

Entry limit: there is no limit on the number of entries a participant may earn, subject to the uniqueness conditions above (one entry per booth poster per person; one entry per eligible collectible for the Promotion Period; one entry per signature).

5. Drawings and Odds

Four (4) drawings will be held, one at the close of each day of the Promotion Period:

Drawing Entries eligible Drawn
1 Earned by 6:00 p.m. ET, Thu 8 Oct Thu 8 Oct
2 Earned by 6:00 p.m. ET, Fri 9 Oct Fri 9 Oct
3 Earned by 6:00 p.m. ET, Sat 10 Oct Sat 10 Oct
4 Earned by 4:00 p.m. ET, Sun 11 Oct Sun 11 Oct

Entries earned after a given day's cutoff will be carried forward and become eligible for the next drawing, except that entries earned after the final cutoff on Sunday 11 October are not eligible for any drawing.

Entries accumulate. An entry earned on Thursday remains eligible for every subsequent drawing unless that participant has already won.

Each drawing will select ten (10) distinct potential winners at random from all eligible entries, by a random selection process conducted by Sponsor. A participant may win only one (1) prize during the entire Promotion Period; once a participant has won, that participant's entries are removed from all subsequent drawings.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. A participant's chance of winning a given drawing increases with the number of entries that participant holds.

The random selection is generated from a recorded random seed, and the entry pool is recorded at the moment of each drawing. Sponsor's determination is final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.

6. Prizes

Ten (10) prizes awarded per day; forty (40) prizes total.

Qty/day Prize ARV each Per day

The CGC grading prize covers submission and grading fees for one (1) comic selected by the winner, subject to CGC's own terms, turnaround times and acceptance criteria. Shipping of the comic to Sponsor or to CGC is the winner's responsibility unless Sponsor states otherwise.

All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law. The IRS Form 1099 obligation applies only to U.S. persons. International winners are solely responsible for any taxes, duties or other charges imposed on the prize by their own jurisdiction.

7. Winner Notification and Claim

Potential winners will be notified by SMS text message to the mobile number provided at registration, and announced at Sponsor's booth, Booth 1043, at the conclusion of each day's drawing.

Claim deadline. Prizes from drawings 1–3 must be claimed in person at Booth 1043 by the close of the following show day.

Prizes from drawing 4 (Sunday) must be claimed within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. For winners with a U.S. shipping address, Sponsor will arrange shipment within the United States at Sponsor's expense after the claim deadline. Winners outside the United States must claim their prize in person at Booth 1043 before the close of NYCC on Sunday, or the prize will be forfeited. Sponsor does not ship prizes outside the United States.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not claim within the applicable deadline, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, that prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate selected by an additional random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Winners may be required to provide proof of age and identity before a prize is awarded. Sponsor may require the winner of any prize with an ARV of $100.00 or more to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, and where lawful a publicity release.

8. Free Gift

Any registered participant holding at least one (1) entry may claim one (1) free NiFe WARS card pack at Booth 1043 during show hours, while supplies last, by presenting the code displayed in their account. Limit one per person. The free gift is available to all registered participants, is not awarded by chance, and is not a prize in this promotion.

9. Privacy and Communications

Information collected at registration is used to administer this promotion and is governed by Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://www.nifewars.com/legal-pages/privacy-policy.

Providing a mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages from Sponsor is required to register for this promotion. By registering, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and account texts and RCS messages from NiFe WARS at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

10. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor's decisions, which are final.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this promotion, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor may select winners from all eligible entries received prior to the impairment.

Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or undeliverable entries or notifications; failures of any network, device, or software; inaccurate transcription of entry information; or any injury or damage to any person's device related to participation.

Any attempt to deliberately damage the promotion or undermine its legitimate operation may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted.

11. Release, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Arizona-based boilerplate below. Robert to confirm enforceability and adjust — in particular the arbitration provision, the opt-out window, and whether a class-action waiver is appropriate for a promotion of this size.

11.1 Release. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, liability, loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense — including without limitation property damage, personal injury and death — arising out of or relating to participation in this promotion, the acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or travel to or from any promotion-related activity.

11.2 Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Entrants agree that the aggregate liability of the Released Parties arising out of or relating to this promotion will not exceed the actual out-of-pocket costs the entrant incurred to participate, which for a free entry is zero dollars ($0.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to every entrant.

11.3 Governing law. These Official Rules and any dispute arising out of or relating to this promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and without regard to the law of the entrant's state of residence.

11.4 Binding arbitration. Except as set out in §11.6, any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this promotion or these Official Rules — including their formation, interpretation, breach, enforcement or validity — will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. Arbitration will be conducted in Maricopa County, Arizona, or, at the entrant's election, by telephone, videoconference, or on the documents alone. The arbitrator's award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Entrants understand that by agreeing to arbitration they and Sponsor are waiving the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action.

11.5 Class-action waiver. All claims must be brought in the party's individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. If this §11.5 is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request will be severed and brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona, and all other claims will remain in arbitration.

11.6 Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in Maricopa County, Arizona, for any claim within that court's jurisdiction. Either party may also seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

11.7 Right to opt out of arbitration. An entrant may opt out of §§11.4–11.5 by sending written notice, within thirty (30) days of first entering the promotion, to WAGMI Game Co., 8924 E. Pinnacle Peak Road, Scottsdale, Arizona 85255, Attn: Arbitration Opt-Out, stating the entrant's name, address and intent to opt out. Opting out has no effect on eligibility.

11.8 Severability. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue in full force.

11.9 Time to bring a claim. Any claim arising out of or relating to this promotion must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Winners List

For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to WAGMI Game Co., 8924 E. Pinnacle Peak Road, Scottsdale, Arizona 85255, Attn: NiFe WARS Scavenger Hunt Winners List, to be received by 31 December 2026.
